Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the Pullman Cairns International hotel.

The ceremony will start at 2.30pm at the gazebo upstairs, and will be followed by a short break for photographs and a few nibbles.
The reception will start at 6pm in the Kingsford lounge, where there will be a buffet dinner and bar tab.
No gifts are necessary and your presence is certainly enough, however, if you would like to give a gift, anything you wish to give would be great. There will be no gift registry or wishing well.
The dress code is formal. Our venue is a 5 star hotel and as such it is a fancy occasion. Don’t worry about being overdressed.
The ceremony will be held outside for about an hour and will be warm. Also note the reception space gets quite cold so bare this in mind as there will be time in between if you would like to change.
No red please as the bride will be in red. Other then this feel free to wear whatever colours you wish.
Long nice dresses, skirts and pantsuits for women. Please no short club wear. Does not need to be a fancy gown, though feel free to wear if you would like.
Dress pants and collared shirts for men at minimum. Suits welcome. No jeans, shorts, t shirts or thongs please.

All guests please note that due to the Queensland Government Mandate that came into effect on 17 December 2021 licensed venues require proof of double vaccination for entry.
This means that all attendees over the age of 16 MUST be double vaccinated or hold a medical exemption to attend our wedding. Unfortunately we have no control over this and neither does the venue. This is a government mandate and there are no exceptions. Your vaccination status will be checked at the door while checking in through the QLD Check in app which needs to display a green tick next to your name to indicate that you have linked your vaccine history as proof.
For those of our guests that are not vaccinated and do not wish to be we respect that and you will be given a link to the live stream of our ceremony so you can watch in real time and still be apart of it.
